Royal Pop Clocks is operated by Sneaker Planters Ltd.
Each Royal Pop Clock is made to order, so please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be made before dispatch.
Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to contact us and request a return. Once your return has been approved, you then have 14 days to send the item back to us.
To request a return, please email us at info@sneakerplanters.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned in a condition that prevents resale.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@sneakerplanters.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If the damage occurred before or during delivery, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, card provider, PayPal, Klarna, or payment provider to process the refund.
Original delivery charges may not be refunded unless the item was faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please email info@sneakerplanters.com. Exchanges are subject to availability and production time, as all clocks are made to order.

Products
Royal Pop Clocks sells AP x Swatch inspired 3D printed wall clocks.
All products are made to order. Because of the 3D printing process, small variations in finish, texture, colour, or surface detail may occur. These are normal characteristics of 3D printed items and do not affect the function of the product.
Product images are provided as accurately as possible, but colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
Orders
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This does not mean the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an issue with payment, stock, pricing, delivery, or suspected misuse of the website.
Production and dispatch times
All clocks are made to order. Orders can take up to 2 weeks to make before dispatch.
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs checks, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
International orders, customs, and taxes
We sell worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or local charges that may apply when the order arrives in their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Payments
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, and debit or credit cards.
Payment must be received before your order is made and dispatched.
